• Maharashtra Delivery: Orders with delivery addresses within Maharashtra are typically delivered within 4 business days.
• Outside Maharashtra: Orders across all other Indian states and union territories are delivered within 6 to 8 business days.
• Dispatch Schedule: All verified orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
• Tracking Information: Once dispatched, courier tracking details are communicated via WhatsApp or SMS to the mobile number provided during checkout.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

How to Request an Exchange for Damaged Books:

1. Time Window: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide Proof: Send a photo or short unboxing video clearly displaying the damaged portion (cover tear, water damage, binding defect, or misprinted pages) along with your customer name and mobile number to our WhatsApp or email.
3. Immediate Replacement: Upon swift visual verification by our team, a brand new replacement copy will be dispatched to your address at zero extra cost.

Order Cancellations

If you made an error in your address or wish to cancel an order before it leaves our dispatch warehouse, please contact us via WhatsApp immediately within 6 hours of order placement. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, orders cannot be cancelled.
