1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting our website or purchasing products from Vachanai, authored and managed by Chandrakant Kulkarni, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or complete purchases.
2. Products, Pricing & Orders
- All products listed are physical printed educational books intended for early childhood and primary learning.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all applicable taxes.
- Delivery is provided free of charge for all standard orders across India.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment manipulation, or logistical unfeasibility.
3. Payment Terms & Verification
Payment must be completed in full via UPI to our designated payment handle prior to dispatch. Orders are verified upon receipt of a legible transaction screenshot matching the payable amount. Orders with unverified or unconfirmed payments will not be dispatched.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All book titles, cover designs, illustrations, characters, pedagogical concepts, and text associated with Vachanai (Marathi), Vachanai (English), and Vachanai Activity Book (Part I) are the exclusive intellectual property of Chandrakant Kulkarni and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
No part of these books or website content may be reproduced, digitally distributed, photocopied, or sold without express written permission from the author.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our educational materials are prepared with care to support early childhood literacy. However, learning speed and comprehension vary from child to child, and we make no specific warranties regarding academic examinations. In all circumstances, our maximum financial liability to any customer is strictly limited to the purchase amount paid for the order.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of purchases made on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Maharashtra, India.
